Amazon Tips
Amazon’s Holiday tip program is underway!Type “Thank my driver” into the app or web site (while logged in) and your most recent delivery driver gets a $5 tip, paid by Amazon. It’s that simple! The program is capped at $10 million in tips, so let’s make sure they spend it all. There is no cost to you.

How to do it:
It’s really that simple: after an Amazon order is delivered, simply type “Thank my driver” into the app or web site. If you have Alexa, you can also tell it “Alexa, thank my driver”. Only your most recent delivery driver can be thanked, and only within 14 days of the delivery. The program is capped at 2 million tips, so let’s make sure Amazon pays out the full 10 million they’ve put on the table.
Wait, shouldn’t I boycott Amazon?
Our economic approach is simple: buy from better, more local places whenever you can. Most people will still need “big box” purchases at times, and with Target and Walmart also on the boycott list there aren’t many “pure” choices. Accessibility also matters, and Prime is a key quality of life issue for some disabled people. For all these reasons, we don’t judge where you shop. We just ask you to think about your options and make the best choices you can for each purchase. We don’t recommend ordering from Amazon just to tip, but if it was your best option anyway, why not help out an underpaid worker?
