ICE block

ICEICE is the regime’s private army — at least that’s what they signaled in the “Big Beautiful Budget” when they funded it at levels equivalent to Italy or Israel’s military budget. Resisting ICE is a moral imperative on humanitarian grounds, but it is also a practical necessity: what they get away with against non-citizens today, Trump threatens citizens with tomorrow.

From Whistle-Resistance to subtler defiance, we collect resources here. Learn how to video-tape a detention, or get inspiration for spreading the word and documenting ICE’s bad behavior. ICE are cowards: where people organize and resist, they leave quickly. They were in Charlotte N.C. for less than a week, after 600 people showed up for trainings, 30,000 students walked out in protest, and someone slashed their tires in the middle of the night. (We do not, of course, encourage illegal actions. This site “keeps it green” with legal resistance.)

Hiding people

Today we build relationships and resources for targeted neighbors. Whether you have “a guy” who does the yard, or a roofing crew coming in, day-labor professions are being targeted and citizenship is ignored in ICE sweeps. Today we prepare: give some thought to your resources and connections and what you can do to be ready if and when a vulnerable neighbor needs refuge.

ICE

“No ICE, please!”

In the run-up to May Day there’s a push to contact small businesses and encourage them to join the resistance. Why not offer “No Ice” signs at the same time? Details will vary a bit in each state, so we’ve collected a few starting points to help you see how it works.

Crack ICE

ICE is quieter under revised leadership, but no less brutal. It’s currently *refusing* to deport a woman to the country it deported her ill 2yo to. Sludge media has created an interactive map of ICE contractors around the nation, so we can pressure the businesses that make ICE possible. Contact someone near you today.

Map ICE

Gestapo-like abductions are happening wherever you are. Bring attention to this fact with signs documenting where people have been snatched. Use chalk, stencils, yellow flowers, posters, or pop-up protests to let passers-by know an atrocity occurred right here, where they live.
