Document ICE

House Democrats have officially launched an information-collection portal for ICE abuses. If you have direct knowledge of abuses from violence to detentions of U.S. citizens, report it here.

This is how we collect and document evidence for criminal trials later, as well as establishing the reasons for abolishing ICE when we have the political power to do it.

House Oversight, ICE

How to do it:

If you have first-hand, credible knowlege of ICE engaged in illegal and extrajudicial behaviors, House Oversight Committee Democrats want you to report it. They specifically seek reports of:

  • concerning use of force including pointing guns at bystanders
  • concerning arrest/detention such as U.S. citizens, mistaken identity, etc.
  • concerning deportation like immigrants in good standing or with a court order of protection
  • enforcement action at a sensitive location such as a school or church

Only report incidents you have credibly vetted/personally observed, and include as many details as you can, like cross streets, to help them correlate with other reports. (Immigration groups may also need volunteers to help input reports.) You can also view the list of vetted reports on the page, to support other actions like Mapping ICE Abuses.
