Rent is due and a lot of families across the country are missing their wage-earners, can’t risk going to work, or have lost wages due to closures, walkouts, and tear gas shutdowns.
Help pay rent! Choose a mutual-aid rent support fund near you to help your neighbors stay housed, or pay rent to a native tribe fighting for its rights.
How to do it:
Many areas have rent funds to help immigrant families struggling with ICE deportations or other groups that struggle. In addition, “Real Rent” is a program by some tribes to charge those living on their land a fee that helps support tribal programs. Find a program near you, or choose one of these:
