Save Our Signs

The Trump regime is destroying records of minority history. Eradicating educational signs about slavery, and even removing markers for women and minorities in our history.

Save Our Signs is an initiative to document National Parks signs before and after they are censored.

How to do it:

Save Our Sites has clear directions about what they want, but in summary, they’re looking for pictures of informational signs, with no people in them, both before, and after censorship. They maintain an interactive list of locations that have not been documented, but a green dot doesn’t mean the site is fully recorded. You can check how many images have been uploaded here, or simply submit images and let the volunteers sort them. You could also check the undocumented locations and let friends in those areas know about the project. For full instructions, start with the Save Our Sites link.
