Some estimates suggest as many as 400,000 transgender individuals have moved from redder states to bluer ones since the election. Organizations exist in many Blue states to help people relocate, and you can donate to any of them, or volunteer with one in your area. Trans Continental Pipeline maintains a list of resources, reproduced below. Donate to them, or to another relocation group.

How to do it:
There are a number of groups that help with relocation to states considered safer. Here is a partial list. Check a site near you for donation links and volunteer opportunities, or to help someone vulnerable. Trans Continental Pipeline has a well-developed four-step plan you could recreate for other locations, too.

International relocation:
There is currently no country known to offer asylum simply for “Trans in America” but there are some organizations beginning to organize resources for people seeking to use existing options. It is important to note that prematurely requesting asylum and getting rejected can prevent future applications. DO YOUR RESEARCH before trying to move to another country. All nations have strict immigration rules and most penalize failed efforts with a wait period. Here are two resources:
