Since Trump’s deranged Easter rant, social media has buzzed with speculation about whether Trump “will or won’t” do something almost unimaginably awful. Normally what Trump says and what he does are unrelated, but he adores attention, so in the process we’ve made “will” at least a little more likely. Today, give real thought to everything you share. Bring the temperature in the room down. Change the culture online from attention-seeking to knowledge-sharing, one interaction at a time.
Are you a summer gardener? Put extra produce on a table by the road, or donate it to a little free pantry. Start herbs to share with new gardeners, or with curious kids. If you need help in your garden, invite a neighbor to share in the bounty for some assistance.
