Splurge on a small treat for yourself. Resistance is exhausting and fascism is a grind. Buy tiny trinkets, wrap them in pretty paper, and open one after you engage in resistance!
Be Social
Build a pool of friends you can talk things over with. Take turns processing, start a book club, or just check in once a month over wine. If you don’t know who to ask, start with lunch with someone you suspect has similar values. Build from there. We all need community we can be ourselves with, so actively work to build yours.
