Some will be called on to participate in events we may be boycotting, and patriotism is complicated these days. Reach out to friends and family in service and build bridges where you can. We win by inclusion.

Everyone gets Christmas off, but what about the company lunch scheduled during Ramadan, or a day off for Ethiopian students to join family on Meskel? Advocate for a more flexible environment for everyone.
